This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the A-E services to provide a district plan, and required supporting documentation, for the Industrial District at Eielson (AFB), Alaska. The A-E is responsible for providing all research, investigation, estimating, planning, and supporting information required to prepare the District Plan and related documents. All planning considerations and subsequent construction activities produced from the District Plan must follow all applicable codes and laws governing the repair of Air Force Real Property assets identified in Section 1.6. The current version of all applicable codes and laws at the time of contract award will apply. It is the responsibility of the A-E to confirm with 354 CES Programming (354 CEN/CENP) what versions are valid for the District Plan.
