## Description

**1. CONTRACTING ACTIVITY:** Department of the Navy, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT)

**2. NATURE OF ACTION:** Award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Reimbursement task order under an exception to fair opportunity.

**5. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:** Sustainment, technical, engineering, and administrative services for the proprietary L3 Control Element Software (CES) supporting the Orca Extra Large Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (XLUUV) program.
