## Description

Description This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) and is not a request for proposals or quotations. A solicitation will not be issued. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, on behalf of the Patient Support Services Department (PSSD), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to:

Deep Ocean Films 23024 Meadow Mist Road Clarksburg, MD 20871 This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source. Requirement The contractor shall provide highly specialized medical/scientific photography services in support of NIH research and clinical operations. Services include photography of patient conditions, surgical specimens, and scientific documentation using specialized techniques and equipment.

**Period of Performance Base Year:** April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Option Year 1: April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028 Option Year 2: April 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029 Option Year 3: April 1, 2029 – March 31, 2030 Justification Deep Ocean Films is the only vendor capable due to specialized expertise in medical/scientific photography and familiarity with NIH clinical workflows. Interested Parties Interested vendors may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement.
