## Description

Looking for vendors that can supply physicals at all 3 locations. Must be able to supply physicals at all 3 locations in Bismarck, Fargo, and Jamestown, ND. Occupational Health Examinations and Medical Examiner’s Certificate Cards for Linemen, Line Foremen, Electricians, Electrician Foremen, Electronic Equipment Craftsmen, and Meter & Relay Craftsmen are a requirement of the position and are conducted primarily to obtain a medical evaluation of workers ability to continue to perform the duties of their position.
