## Description

The Naval Surface Warface Center Philadelphia intends to procure ten (10) LPE-T 24 Volt Power Supply and ten (10) Installation Kits for the Low Pressure Electrolyzer (LPE-T) from Laser Treadwell Corporation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
