## Description

For Legacy Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and Multiprotocol Label Switching/Session Initiation Protocol services to support the Department of Defense mandated requirement to transition from TDM services to Internet Protocol (IP) based services at NSWC PHD, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, CA. Legacy TDM Centrex and IP based services for 4,000 phone lines. The proposed contract will include a 12-month base period for Legacy TDM Centrex and IP based services and a 12-month option period for IP based services only from 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2026 if the option period is exercised.
