## Description

Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) one time requirement for the TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLYW. This solicitation will be restricted to BAE Systems Information & Electronics (CAGE: 19397) under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. This requirement will be solicited under W912CH-25-R-0088.
