## Description

**Amendment 1:** This Amendment incorporates the contractor questions and answers to this solicitation. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) is seeking Pelletized Kanza Corn Cob Granules for the USDA, APHIS in Edinburg, TX.
