## Description

Notice of Intent to award Sole Source Melling LLC to provide Maintenance for Government owned Lumenis BE UltraPulse Alpha SplendorX Stellar laser.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office, West, Fort Cavazos, Texas intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Melling LLC dba Melling Medical, to provide Maintenance for Government owned Lumenis BE UltraPulse Alpha SplendorX Stellar laserFAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.

North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS code is $34.0 standard in millions of dollars. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. The vendor Melling Medical provided an authorization letter indicating that certify that Lumenis Be, Inc. hereby names Melling LLC dba Melling Medical as an Authorized Distributor of all Lumenis Lasers, associated laser accessories and Lumenis Maintenance Services. Melling LLC dba Melling Medical is a fully authorized distributor/dealer for all Lumenis Be, Inc.
