Market Research results indicate that there is only one (1) vendor who can fully satisfy this requirement. Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (019S4) is the only vendor that can fully support the Healthcare Technology Management Department (HTMD) at the Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC), Fort Jackson, South Carolina 29207 requirement for ABO/Rh, MMRV, Hgb A1C, and Syphilis Total tests and associated equipment, and also meet the Requiring Activity’s space requirements. Period of Performance will start on 1 October 2025. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325413, and the size standard is 1,250 Personnel. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
