## Description

The Government intends to award a Sole-source contract to University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for Whole Fresh Cadavers. University of Texas Southwestern Medical Centeris the only organization that meets the Texas Funeral Commission requirements. Please see the attached Justification and Approval document.
