## Description

A need is anticipated for Contractors to perform temporary HVAC installation and management services at Fort Bliss, Texas Garrison in response to demand orders (as the need arises) within a specified timeline of Emergency, Urgent, and Routine. Upon issuance of the demand order for service the Contractor will perform an initial building assessment to determine the HVAC size and material required. After the initial assessment the contractor will submit a quote for service. In response to this sources sought, please provide:

2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a primecontractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.
