NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota, intends to award a single source Purchase Order to TC Communications, Inc. because of HQ AIR FORCE FLIGHT STANDARDS AGENCY designating the TC8000 series Fiber Optic Transport, and TC3800 series Jumbo Switch equipment manufactured by TC Communications as the standard replacement platform for ATCALS.
