## Description

This contract provides support for the annual preparation and release of Pub. 1212, Guide to Original Discount (OID) Instruments, which lists Original Issue Discount (OID) instruments. The contractor will manage the OID bond data repository, contact issuers to correct discrepancies, calculate OID accruals, and produce tables for publication. The results will be made publicly available to support compliance by financial institutions, brokers, and taxpayers.
