BPA orders will consist of the lathe equipment plus turnkey services which include: installation, foundation, training, technical data, tooling, IUID tags, shipping, service agreement/extended warrant, and accessories. DLA plans to publish the solicitation of this BPA on/around 31 July 2026 BPA's intent is to service Department of War agencies. Location of performance will vary. As of this posting, location(s) include: Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK The BPA has a brand name requirement to procure commercial DMG Mori Hybrid Horizontal Lathes.
