## Description

The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry that the FAA intends to award a sole source contract for the subject requirement to Woolpert Inc. A full and open competition opportunity is not available. Under this acquisition the FAA will procure for a contractor to perform Vertiport Design Research Support. The FAA is not seeking nor accepting unsolicited proposals and is not liable for any cost associated with preparing a response to this announcement. All responses and to this announcement must be directed to Joseph Szwec at joseph.s.szwec@faa.gov no later than 3:00 PM Eastern on 28 March 2024.
