This is the official solicitation for Development of a Biologging Cetacean Dorsal Fin Tag that Measures Conducitvity or Salinity. Please see the attachments for the complete details regarding the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW). Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted by September 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Quotations shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to Casey Morrison at casey.morrison@noaa.gov with copies to Hillary Stansfield at hillary.stansfield@noaa.gov.
