NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to award a single source contract to Vaisala Inc. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to acquire, under single source, VS-ALS SIE Interface Electronics Assembly, IFS Part Number:

**RVR-2A3A1 and NSN:** 5998-01-571-4876-N. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. This procurement is single-sourced based on ARC’s proprietary data for this equipment. This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Quote.
