The impact scoring system should have a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 6 and 9. It should be mature with little need for capability development. The Statement of Objectives and the Requested Information Form must be requested. Interested parties will request the documents below. This Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote/Invitation for Bid/Request for Proposal or a promise to issue a Request for Quote/Invitation for Bid/Request for Proposal in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder.
