The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a five (5) year FFP (Firm-Fixed-Price) contract to Process HVAC Solutions LLC for Delta V Building Management System Maintenance at the CJIS Division in Clarksburg, WV. Work must be done in strict compliance with OSHA’s Lead Standard for General Industry (29 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] 1910.1025), OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard for General Industry (29 CFR 1910.134), among other applicable OSHA and EPA regulations, standards, and laws. This notice will be distributed solely through SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-todate information about this acquisition.
