## Description

This acquisition has only one responsible source to Elbit America, INC (CAGE Code: 0WEC9). Technical Data is not available. This will be a one?time fixed quantity repair contract for the repair of the communication Modem on the E-4B Pacer Link. The repair order is for 12 each of National Stock Number (NSN) 5895-01-311-1185BY. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
