(A copy of the Single Source Justification is attached to this notice.) The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer Carol L. Hammans to hammans@wapa.gov and must be received NO LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, April 19, 2024, and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
