Inspections were performed by, and resulting repair services, will be performed by Duvall Bro’s Mobile Mechanical, 13820 Milwaukee St., Thornton, CO 80602. (A copy of the Single Source Justification is attached to this notice.) The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday March 4, 2024, and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
