The requirement for truck repairs is to have an engine assembly and clutch assembly replaced in a Mack FLD 80 truck. This NOTICE OF INTENT is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreption of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated requirement, may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance.
