## Description

USSS intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price sole sourced annual maintenance for FSD’s digital case management system, Mideo (Case Works) Systems Inc. The software has been the sole software used by FSD’s fingerprint and questioned document examiners to securely store, manage, and document forensic case examinations. The maintenance will include upgrades and updates to the software previously purchased by Mideo Systems Inc.
