## Description

Looking for vendors who have the ability to provide a VOIP communications system.

Vendors should provide a system that has following features: -One-touch conferencing (perform "all calls" on radios and by phone) -Automatic notification of incoming telephone or radio calls -Provide programmable pre-set calling operations via "buttons" on touchscreens -Electronic directory (include hotlines to key agencies) -Connect to existing base dial central office via existing PRI connections -Thorough transport/translation/configuration cutover strategy with segregated or NFAS/D-channel service, dial plan, testing with future SIP service transport availability -Warranty and troubleshooting support included for 12 months Additionally, the vendor should also have the ability to provide the following support of the requested system: -Ability to relocate all existing Primary Rate ISDN (PRI) connections between the base Dial Central Office and hi-Path to the Open Scape Voice LSC.

All transport and PRI changes needed to accommodate the upgrade will be fully agreed upon as "able to provide" from the existing central telephone office switch. -Ability to install two (2) controller workstations each configured with one touchscreen computer, push-to-talk handsets and dual-channel speakers. -Ability to install radio interfaces for Any-to-Any Voice Connectivity to connect primary Command Post radios -Ability to upgrade existing voice recorder to support recording (telephone and radio) for each controller position. -Ability to upgrade administrative desktop PC for local user system management IR Range.
