## Description

NSF intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) for the October 31-November 2, 2024 National Diversity in STEM Conference, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that only one source is reasonably available. NSF will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at Phoenix, Arizona. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
