Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this posting. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUESTFOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BECONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOTOFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS ARESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OFRESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTSTO THIS TECHNIAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. However, all responses received no later than May 8, 2024 will be evaluated by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
