## Description

Notification of Proposed Contract Action Notification is made pursuant to the requirements of FAR 12.603(c)(3). Description- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer, has a requirement for sole source, proprietary RightData subscription from Y Point Solutions, LLC. The total potential period of performance for the action is 12 months. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
