## Description

The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below:

Building 2272 located on Eielson AFB, Alaska is approximately 79,500 square feet of space, with 175 rooms accommodating Airmen. The overall objective of this design initiative is to fully renovate both the building and its surrounding site, ensuring full compliance with current codes, standards, and Eielson's Installation Facility Standards. The aim is to optimize the buildings furnishings for improved energy efficiency. The conceptual charrette report was recently completed, and this project will be for a fully design. Work included in the design is expected to include the following:

investigating site conditions, collecting and reviewing project data and records, performing a hazardous material survey of the facility, creating design concept and cost estimates for renovation of Building 2272 and the surrounding site, submitting complete documentation to include specifications, drawings, etc. necessary for the Government to advertise and award construction contract for the work.

The contract schedule set forth in the statement of work requires a delivery of 100% design documents in 272 calendar days.
