The applicable NAICS is 611512 with a size standard of $34,000,000 dollars. QE Rockwell Sabreliner Aircraft Services is a new requirement for TPS/QE. The follow is a brief description of the acquisition requirements: The USAF/TPS is seeking a non-personnel services contract to provide a Rockwell Sabreliner 60 Aircraft, along with qualified Sabreliner flight instructor(s) for the QE training flights. The training flights for students and staff will be approximately 1.0 – 1.5 hours each sortie. The instructor(s) shall instruct students/staff in the operation of the vehicle to develop skills to safely fly in upset/recovery training, aerobatics, and student examination flights. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
