## Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM) seeks a Wireless Barcode Scanner / Handheld Computer device to support a Warehouse Management System and Barcode Scanning implementation project. The BEP requires a mobile Android device that is handheld, durable, able to connect securely to Wi-Fi, and has barcode scanning capabilities.

The barcode scanning device is intended to be compatible with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Warehouse Management Suite (WMS) and Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), which the BEP plans to implement to support mobile data entry for transactions related to Receiving and Inventory Management at three BEP facilities. The BEP has existing support teams to support implementation of related Oracle technology.

This request is only for identifying compatible barcode-scanning mobile devices that meet the project hardware specifications. Barcoding BEP inventory and implementing a mobile application for warehouse management will allow a notable decrease in manual data entry, increase compliance, and provide significant cost savings.
