The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519-Other Computer Related Services. HPE is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed. It is NLM's intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to HPE under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractor Objectives and Tasks: The purpose of this acquisition is to renew support for three (3) director switches. These are critical pieces of HPC networking infrastructure, and both hardware and software support are required to provide break/fix and to get new software versions. Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, HPE is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by NLM. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Damian Hurge, Contract Officer at hurgeda@mail.nih.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, May 19, 2024. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
