## Description

The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E service for the project below:

For the designs in Buildings 1340 and 1362 is to replace the hangar doors located on Eielson Air Force Base (AFB). Building 1340 hanger door is currently inoperable. A survey was conducted to assess the repairs without redesigns, but it was concluded that repair was out of scope. Building 1362 was constructed in 2017 and does not have a hazmat survey. Additionally, Eielson AFB is experiencing higher than normal maintenance costs and labor hours for all 32 vertical fabric doors. Work included in the design is expected to include the following:

investigating site conditions, collecting and reviewing project data and records, performing a hazardous material survey of the facility, creating design concept and cost estimates for replacement of the hangar doors for Buildings 1340 and 1362, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis of the different door systems. Submitting complete documentation to include specifications, drawings, etc. necessary for the Government to advertise and award construction contract for the work.

Architect and Engineer design services are not unique requirements only procured by the military. The contract schedule set forth in the statement of work requires a delivery of 100% designed documents in 203 calendar days. If this is something your firm is interested in and can accomplish, please submit an combined Instructions to Offers (Evaluation Factors Document), SF-330 (Architect-Engineer Qualification-Standard Form 330), and a PPQ (Past Performance Questionnaire).
