## Description

In response to the wear and tear accumulated over time, the targeted carpeted area, as indicated in the attached document, requires renovation. This project entails the replacement of worn-out carpeting spanning 8,769 square feet, alongside the installation of new baseboards totaling 2,520 linear feet. We propose upgrading to 24” x24” carpet tiles for enhanced durability and aesthetics. Our team is committed to meticulously matching the color selection to seamlessly integrate with the existing décor.
