## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. DCSA intends to award a sole-source purchase order to the DoubleTree Washington, DC- Crystal City (DoubleTree) for conference space and audio-visual equipment rental pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b).

The agency believes DoubleTree is the only small business that can meet its requirement for a conference hall with capacity for 500 participants, customizable meeting space for smaller break-out sessions, audio-visual equipment and support within close proximity to DITMAC’s Crystal City office, public transit, lodging, and dining. The period of performance of this requirement is September 09, 2024 through September 10, 2024.
