## Description

In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Dynalec Corporation to acquire three (3) Intercommunication Stations.

The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Dynalec Corporation, 87 West Main Street, Sodus, New York, 14551. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Dynalec Corporation is the sole source capable of providing the required Intercommunication Station units.

This equipment purchase is to support casualty response or corrective maintenance repair for the U.S. Coast Guard Annoucing/Alarm Systems Maintenance (ASM) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT on 31 January 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to Mark.A.Rushing@uscg.mil and Amanda.L.Justice@uscg.mil with the notice number referenced in the subject line.
