**NOTICE REFERENCE NUMBER N62470-25-R-0006 Title:** Military Construction Project (MILCON) P732 Design-Bid-Build, Electrical Distribution System Upgrades (Gosport Substation Only) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia.
