VENDORS MUST REVIEW THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AND SHALL ONLY RESPOND IF FULLY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING ALL ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENT. I. SCOPE SUMMARY (see Attachment A – Performance Work Statement) Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) is in need of a vendor to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Undisrupted Power Supply (UPS) preventative maintenance/inspection (PMI) and warranty services to the Information Technology (IT) server, power, and lab rooms within the PCLOB facility. II. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated Period of Performance will start on 09/01/2024 and end on 08/31/2029. III. ADDITIONAL DETAILS NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
