## Description

Amendment 0002- The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

1. To post answers to questions received.

2. To post an updated Attachment A- Pricing Sheet.

Amendment 0001- The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the quotation deadline to 10:00AM EST, September 17, 2025, to allow time for questions to be answered.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) of Washington, D.C., is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside, utilizing NAICS 339116. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) vendor for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.

In addition to your proposal for specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to the vendor, must be completed, and included with your proposal. Please see the attached PWS for complete details for this solicitation. See the solicitation clauses for terms, conditions, and details.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR Offeror shall email questions to brittany.coffman@fiscal.treasury.gov and purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for RFQ 20342326Q00002 Denture Laboratory Services, Attn: BCoffman/JSchofield” by Thursday, September 04, 2025 no later than 1:00PM EST.
