## Description

This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is solely for informational and planning purposes, is not a solicitation, and does not constitute a commitment to or obligation by the Government. Information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary; therefore, the Government will not compensate any respondent for cost incurred in developing the information provided. Not responding to this sources sought notice will not prohibit participation in any future solicitation.

Interested parties capable of performing the work described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) are encouraged to submit a response with the following information: Company name, UEI, and website. Company point of contact name, title, and email Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners (if any). Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts and Federal Supply Schedules under which your company can offer services aligned with this requirement.

Summary of company’s experience in the last three years of performing the work described in the PWS. Company business size for NAICS 541614. If Company is a Small Business under NAICS 541614: Applicable socioeconomic status (VOSB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.) If this acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply. Estimate what percentage of work your business intends on performing as the prime contractor. (Estimates can be a range, e.g. 60-70%.)
