Courier service needed to pick up certified mail from the IRS facility located at 4041 N.Central Ave, Suite A-112 Phoenix, AZ 85012 and deliver to USPS-OSBORN located at 3905 N. 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Services needed Monday through Friday (except federal holidays) at 12:00PM and 2:30PM local time. This is a 100% small business set aside. Please see the attached RFQ. Please submit all quotes to:
