The purpose of this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is to obtain approval to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with a contractor yet to be determined for the purchase of brand name Precisely Data and Location Service Licenses. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period followed by three 12-month option periods. The requested award date is 10/15/2025. The period of performance for the Precisely software contract:
