Services shall include providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for legacy applications until those applications are migrated to their new environment, including any possible upgrades and O&M for the current Service Now application. In addition, services shall include project management and technical support for the promotion of developed solutions by the IRS or 3rd party entities. RFP 2032H5-25-R-00020 will be available on or about early August and will be distributed solely through GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) at a total small business set-aside. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through www.gsa.ebuy.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of 2032H5-25-R-00020 will be on or about the end of August.
