The purpose of this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is to obtain approval for a logical follow-on effort to award a sole-source, task order to Deloitte Consulting, LLP to provide continued support for expertise in program and project integration; technical analyses and reviews; program integration to include interfacing with and supporting delivery partners; and coordinating the deployment of newly developed capabilities.
