## Description

The Government is seeking *COMMENT* on the *DRAFT* solicitation posted here for the provision of state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered coding assistant tools (similar to GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor, etc.) and AI-based chat tools (similar to ChatGPT) that can be delivered as a shared service across the Department and its bureaus.

Interested vendors are requested to review the attached solicitation and provide feedback / comments / questions regarding the proposed methodology for procurement of these tools. This is *NOT* an official solicitation. Comments / Feedback / Questions should be submitted to Ricky Callahan at Ricky.L.Callahanjr@irs.gov by the closing date of this notice. The Government does not intend to respond to questions, merely utilize industry comment to hone any future solicitation for this effort.
