The renewal software licenses include: 5 each of Product Performance Licenses/Year, 200 each of Product Quality Licenses/Year, 500 each of Product Collaboration Licenses/Year and 1 Govcloud(SKU P0051). The Period of performance is 06/13/2026-06/12/2031 and consists of a base plus four (4) option years to ensure continuity of operations, maintain uninterrupted access to the eQMS environment supporting BEP's ISO9001:2015 quality managment processes, and reduce the administrative burden and operational risk associated with annual renewals.
