\n\nThe Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) requires the procurement of specialized Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions (KBBS) make-ready sensors for its Super Simultan Offset printing presses for Washington DC and Fort Worth TX locations. The make-ready sensor retrofit will include fabrication, delivery, installation, set-up, training and commissioning of four (4) make-ready sensors on the Super Simultan Offset presses. These sensors are essential for ensuring make-ready sheets during machine setup minimizing paper waste and maintaining superior print quality to support the secure, high-volume production of Federal Reserve notes. The Super Simultan Offset Printing Platform, and sensors are proprietary to Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions.
