Contractor should ensure that the project adheres to all guidelines and code, including but not limited to, the International Plumbing Code (IPC), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standard and guideline, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes and standards and the National Electrical Code, etc. The contractor shall provide As-built drawings and updated schematics for this project. The contractor shall provide an integration and SCADA commissioning, demolition, and disposal report. The contractor should provide equipment, structural, and all necessary submittals and cut sheets for all replacement components. The work shall be performed by a qualified HVAC/mechanical contractor with demonstrated experience in large-scale condenser water system installations, including the integration of cooling towers with SCADA systems.
