The contract will precure an Anchor, Horizontal, for NBX Box, Koenig & Bauer (K&B), P/N 1002406890. The replacement parts are proprietary and can only be acquired from K&B. Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to K&B in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
